This became the foundation for a broader transformation—redesigning the eCommerce experience to showcase Punkt’s values better and increase revenue, refining the product portfolio, and developing future product concepts to keep the brand at the forefront of the evolving tech landscape.

Mobile first check-out flow: Boosting Conversions

Punkt faced high drop-off rates, so we redesigned the checkout experience from the ground up. By streamlining the process and adding clear progress indicators, we made it simpler and more intuitive for customers to complete their purchase—resulting in a significant increase in conversions.

We developed a targeted marketing strategy and action plan—covering product, market positioning, content, and commerce— to make every CHF count.

Product Strategy:
Defining the Next Generation

Working closely with leadership, we shaped new product concepts driven by market demand. The MP 01 was a success, and research revealed strong interest in new features for its next iteration. This insight led to the creation of the MP 02, which launched at the London Design Festival in 2018—marking the next evolution of Punkt’s commitment to distraction-free technology.

Digital Brand & Content: Humanising Punkt. Story

To bring warmth and depth to the brand, we identified new narratives around digital addiction, sleep, and travel, creating fresh storytelling opportunities—one of which was featured on Mr Porter.

We also leveraged video showcasing Punkt’s work in education, product-making process, and philosophy to give audiences a 360° view of the brand. Finally, we refreshed media buying strategies, addressing SEO decline and driving customer acquisition through more targeted campaigns.
