Allstar UK: A new digital experience
Allstar asked and jump to create a new digital experience showcasing its full-service offering and position it as a leader and innovator in EV and business payments.
Allstar is one of the UK’s leading fuel, EV, and business payment providers, managing over 1.2 million cards for over 50,000 customers. As well as enabling payments, its customers rely on them to manage and track spending, check fuel prices and discover the latest fleet news and trends.

A new design system
One primary goal was to modernise the brand, optimise performance and bring visual consistency.
This was delivered through an extensive digital design system. The responsive website structure has a modular tile system that flexes across devices. Tiles show clean, bite-sized content, digestible for the user.
New onboarding journey and sales funnel
The sales funnel was clunky and opaque. When potential customers applied for a fuel card, they faced overwhelming and repetitive information, making it painful to compare products.
We redesigned the flow, presenting users with a Quick-Card Selector tool up front to quickly find the right product.
A responsive tile system
We wanted to communicate Allstar as a leader of the EV revolution with solutions for the real world. How? By showing EV technology in action and featuring its people and vehicles.
The tiles show information in an eye-catching form. Their clean structure provides a framework for creating dynamic graphics and photographic content.
A crucial part of their success is their flexibility and shareability. Their simplicity also helps internal teams achieve consistency, control, and streamline the process.
